1. Delete the whole account, from inside the app
- Open Koraia and sign in.
- Tap the gear icon and go into "Profile".
- Scroll down to the "Danger zone" and tap "Delete my account".
- Read the warning: it says exactly what will be deleted, and that it cannot be undone.
- To confirm, type your own account's email address into the box.
- Tap "Yes, delete everything". Deletion can take up to a minute — don't close the window while it runs.
You do not need to email support to delete your account — the button above does it directly, right away.
2. What gets deleted when you tap "Delete my account"
Everything inside your account is deleted:
- Your children's profiles.
- Their documents, and the copies the app keeps in order to read them.
- Their IEP goals and the saved progress.
- Their appointments.
- Their expenses.
- Their care team (professionals, school, therapists).
- Any messages you sent to support, with their attachments.
- Your child's photo, if you uploaded one.
- Your payments and subscription history.
This cannot be undone: there is no backup and no way to recover anything after deleting it from the app.
3. What we keep, and for how long
- Encrypted backups: up to 30 days. We cannot access or use them while they wait to be overwritten.
- Our payment processor keeps the transaction records required by tax and accounting law, under its own privacy policy.
- Our email provider keeps already-sent emails under its own privacy policy.

4. Delete just one document, without deleting the account
- Open Koraia and sign in.
- Go to the "Documents" screen.
- Next to the document you want to remove, tap the "Delete" icon.
Deleting the document, its internal copy and its search representations is immediate, and the rest of your account stays untouched.
