Can I try Koraia before paying?
Yes, on the Free plan: no card and no expiry date. When you want more, you move to a paid plan and billing starts that same day. You can cancel whenever you want, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I change plan?
Yes, whenever you like. Move up and what you have already paid is taken into account; move down and the change lands on your next bill. Your documents are not touched.
What if I want my money back?
Ask within 7 days of a charge and we refund it in full, with no explanation needed.
How do I cancel?
From inside the application, in Profile, with a button. No phone calls and no explanations. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
What happens to my documents if I leave?
You can permanently delete your documents in the Delete account section: your documents are removed immediately. And we never delete anything of yours for reaching a limit.
Do you use my documents to train the AI?
No. We do not use the content you upload to train models. It is written into the privacy policy, not just promised on this page.
